A Message from the Founder!Hi, I'm Laurence Park, a junior at Shady Side Academy in Pittsburgh, PA, and the founder of Everest. My mission is to promote financial literacy and shed light on the often-overlooked challenges surrounding financial understanding across the United States. My passion for finance was sparked in 6th grade when I first discovered the world of investing. Since then, I’ve immersed myself in learning about investing, personal finance, and the broader financial landscape. This journey inspired the creation of Everest, a platform dedicated to equipping young people with the knowledge and tools they need to navigate their financial futures confidently. As I’ve explored financial education, I’ve come to appreciate the transformative role of emerging technologies like AI in shaping how we learn and manage money in today’s rapidly evolving world. At Everest, we collaborate with a diverse range of professional partners to provide dynamic, hands-on experiences for youth.
